Returns & Exchanges

Refund Policy:

Shop Strandz has a 14 day return/exchange policy upon approval. After 14 days of delivery date, the return/exchange window is closed. It is the customers responsibility to open the package upon arrival and ensure there are no mistakes. If you experience any issues with our jewelry or are unhappy in anyway, please contact us at support@shopstrandz.com. 

Damages & Issues: 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@shopstrandz.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly resolve issues.

Refunds:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
